We are always looking for ways that we can strengthen home – school relationships and we are always looking for ways to gather the views of families so that we can continue to work towards our aim of giving our children the very best educational experience possible.

Members of SLT are on the playgrounds at the beginning and end of the day and parents and carers are encouraged to get in touch with Mrs Cooper via [email protected]

We also regularly distribute anonymous Parent/ Carer Surveys and share summaries of the responses through our newsletters.

Our Parent Voice meetings are another way to work together. They are a chance to hear about the foci for school development, the progress we are making in different aspects of school life and the decisions behind policies and procedures. The meetings give parents and carers a chance to ask school leaders questions, engage in consultation and give feedback. Coming along to our meetings also provides another opportunity for families to directly influence the way we do things in school which in turn, improves the educational experience for our children.

Following feedback from parents to vary the days, times and location, all meetings for this academic year will be a combination of in person and virtual meetings.

You don’t need to ‘book’ to come along to a meeting, but it’s handy if you let us know that you are planning to attend so we can make sure we have a suitable space to meet and that we are catering for any accessibility requirements.

So please come along- even if you just want to listen, we’d love to see you at the next meeting. Finally, if you aren’t able to come along but would like the group to discuss a particular element of school life, let us know and we will add it to an agenda.
